Technical Tips for a Smooth Application
Google Sign-In Required: To securely upload your Status Sheet and Financial Declaration, you must be signed into a Google account. If you do not have a Google account, you can create one or use a parent/guardian’s Gmail account, if needed.
Use a Personal Gmail: Avoid school board emails (e.g., @ddsb.ca) as they block external uploads. Use a personal Gmail account to ensure you can access the form and upload your documents.
Use a Computer: We recommend using a laptop or desktop to ensure your PDF files save and upload correctly.
Save Your Email: After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email. Do not delete it! It contains the link to edit your response if you need to update documents later.
